How It Works
Coaching sessions can take place face-to-face, over the telephone, or through various other internet-supported programs. The location and preferences of the client, combined with the recommendations of the coach, will determine the method used to conduct the coaching sessions.
This is a no charge discussion. It gives the client the chance to discover information about the coaching process and, in addition, gives the coach a chance to get to know a little about the client and her desire to be coached.
This session builds the foundation to make future coaching sessions more efficient as the coach and client progress through the coaching process.
During this session, the coach and the client will define:
- What is truly important to the client
- The client’s priorities and goals
- The results/outcomes the client seeks
- What opportunities and challenges the client is facing
- The logistics and practical details of the client’s current situation

Individual coaching sessions are conducted 2-4 times a month, depending on the needs of the client. Each subsequent session is scheduled for 75 minutes and is charged at $75/session. Phone calls placed to the coach between sessions are acceptable as agreed upon by the coach and the client.
Due to the amount of time reserved by the coach for each client, a 24 hour notice is required to cancel a scheduled session.
Payment is made by the client 24 hours prior to each scheduled electronic session. For face to face appointments, payment is due at the time of the session.
