What to Expect from the Coaching Relationship

Every coaching relationship is unique. No two coaching relationships are ever the same. Many dynamics (personalities, maturity of faith, experiences, the client’s willingness to experience the coaching process on all levels, etc.) work to shape the relationship between the coach and the client. As the client, however, you have the ownership, accountability and power to move towards your goals.

  • Be respectful of the time commitment involved for both you and your coach
  • Be ready to be held accountable for your participation towards reaching your goals
  • Be ready to celebrate your victories along the way
  • Be enthusiastic about sharing with others what coaching has done for you

  • Help you stay focused on your vision and goals
  • Provide the structure that helps you make conscious choices that result in forward movement towards achieving your goals
  • Consistently challenge you to step beyond present limitations
  • Be an active listener
  • Operate with honesty and integrity throughout the coaching process
  • Refrain from offering solutions or advice
  • Give you straight feedback during every session
  • Ask thought provoking questions
  • Provide the proper tools and assessments to aid you in discovery process
  • Provide additional and relevant supplemental materials and exercises to help you throughout the duration of the coaching process
  • Assist you in reframing the way you look at yourself, your relationships, your perceived obstacles, your opportunities, and your choices
  • Encourage you to discover and use your God-given talents and spiritual gifts in reaching your desired outcome

Coaching Packages Avalable

Of all the things successful people do to accelerate their trip down the path to success, participating in some kind of coaching program is at the top of the list. A coach will help you clarify your vision and goals, support you through your fears, keep you focused, confront your unconscious behaviors and old patterns, expect you to do your best, help you live by your values, show you how to earn more while working less, and keep you focused on your core genius.
