Appointments

If you would like to schedule with one of our Christian Counselors or Christian Coaches, our office hours are as follows, with the exception of holidays:

Tuesday – Thursday 8:30-5:00pm
Monday & Friday – Closed

*Please note that available appointment days and times vary with each counselor or coach.

Initial appointments with Pastoral Counselors are scheduled for a 2 hour timeframe. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete the check-in process and fill out any necessary new client forms, including a health history. Additionally, you may be asked to complete one or more assessments.

Each subsequent counseling session lasts approximately 50-60 minutes. Clients will be charged the fee for one appointment if the appointment is cancelled without a 24 hour notice.
