Bencouraged House, Transformational Prayer
Transformation Prayer is defined as intentional and focused prayer with the desired outcome of an authentic encounter with the presence of Christ, resulting in mind renewal and subsequent transformed life.
This is a ministry of prayer that is Christ centered and God reliant for it’s direction and outcome. Although many may offer their lives to Jesus Christ and come to the knowledge of his saving grace, if their spiritual wounding is deeply entrenched, they may retain pain and guilt in their hearts and continue to revisit their trauma. Transformation Prayer’s intent is to heal the heart through God’s truth, in doing so, find permanent release and freedom.

Tracy Friedlob is the mother of two very active young boys and the creator/writer of her personal healthy food blog, megahealthymama.com. Tracy began a journey into clean eating about 10 years ago when she was diagnosed with severe IBS. Under the supervision of a nutritionist, she was put on an elimination diet. Tracy began a passionate pursuit of research and education so that she could begin learning how to cook using ingredients with which she was very unfamiliar. She walked right out of her comfort zone and never looked back. Today Tracy educates others in their quest for health through cooking classes, a local recipe column, eBooks and her blog. Her passion for clean eating transcends into every aspect of her life, and she lives by the motto “Food As Medicine.” Adopting this simple thought process, along with hours of research, Tracy says she is better able to understand that God created everything we need to be healthy and vibrant. All of her recipes are full of beneficial fruits, vegetables, lean proteins and healthy fats. Tracy sets out every morning to experiment and prepare simple, tasty and nutritious meals for her family and friends. She feels like she has been blessed with an abundance of knowledge, and says that it is her passion to help others become the healthy, happy person God created them to be.
